After emails, phone calls and in person meetings they stick to their agenda. With growing community support the more groundwork we put into our projects, the more inspired we are to create a IMPACT with our goals. We strongly BELIEVE that El Paso needs more Safe places where they can be a community and allow the healing process to take its time and not rush the process. Through Art, Wellness and community growing support the Positive 8 Vibes Tribe continues to grow. The Heart of the Arts in El Paso Texas 1st and continuing sponsor Flautas Palys in Partnership with neighboring businesses Thrive Nutrition, Lofter Group Insurance Agency, Virtuoso Productions LLC. and many more production houses are proudly putting on the Soul of El Paso Movie project. Together they plan to achieve a community base Production from the ground up.

Mr. Cuellar with more goals in mind for the community not only took the lead in building a youth crime prevention programs and changed the crime waves in El Paso Texas and surrounding cities, he was also the first True Virtuoso of the 
Arts in the city. He is a successful businessman and loving husband. He is also proud father of 6 Children and Thrives in the hobby of film and Arts in Town. He opened up EAC THEATRE  in the 2009 with a group at Valle Verde Community College alumni. 

He plans to generate enough noise with Soul of El Paso movie project to continue the healing process that many citizens endure, many of us walk around saying we are fine but deep inside we keep our struggles to ourself. Many to not burden others or simply because we are to shy to speak of what harm or is harming us. Through the Arts collaboration of 8 Different vibes, these ideas provide a stage to step into  journeys, a time capsule to say the least. Partnered with the community and +8 vibes Tribe there are wheels in motion to create not only Arts Productions but in time get a garden that has been proposed to the city and River Oaks that continues to give back to the community and grow the Arts industry Worldwide.

 to       Good Morning! It is Monday and we still have not gotten a response from Linda at River Oaks Properties concerning our proposed events at East Loop. Such is life... the wait continues. 

In the meantime, we decided to start participating in podcasts. I had been turning down invitations for a while now, but we took to it over the weekend, and had our first sit down with LOB.    Everything we do is with our goal in mind: BUILDING THIS COMMUNITY GARDEN!! . As you guys know -  we DREAM of building it  behind EAST LOOP VILLAGE  at 1861 Joe Battle El Paso Tx 79936. It is a vacant unused parking area at the present moment and the business owners are in agreement with us: there is SUCH A BETTER  USE for this area... 
Right now -- it mostly serves as  street connector but its unkempt and unseemly. It constantly gets filled with TRASH from wayward citizens that use our backyard as a dumpster -- we have found everything from ripped out, full-grown trees to  CATS, mattresses, and even DEAD PETS.  Clean up crews get sent out -- occasionally -- but TRULY... there is a MUCH better way that we can improve the area, bring life and some Greenery to the East Side and make that money go a long way. 

     Our proposal is a NO COST measure that would clean up and BEAUTIFY the surroundings with the help of the business tenants of East Loop, as well as the support of those who hear our message far and wide in the Sun City.  Our deadline is fast-approaching as we prepare to submit our proposal for city funds and we would love to know if River Oaks Properties will allow us to continue to GIVE back to our community and clients of East El Paso. The people are eagerly waiting...

       In the meantime we will continue meeting with leaders in our community and business owners to discuss the many  Productions and Plans for a parade, competitions, and festivals attached and connected to the Positive 8 Vibes Movement A Union for the Arts. As well as more podcast and interviews :)

Coming in strong in second place Leslie Council. Your lyrics and rhythm really won the crowd, the beat of your words struck a cord in the audience hearts bringing some to tears. We will be in touch with your concierge prizes. We are excited to announce that Hiram Huertas paintings are still being displayed at Thrive Nutrition 1861 Joe Battle #6 EL Paso Tx 79936. They will be hanging until the next Snappy Fingers date that will be announced tomorrow Thursday along with updates on the other Productions underway.  Art Fierro & still waiting on River Oaks Properties

The visit with Mr. Fierro and his assistant Mary was extremely pleasant, he was surprised and not expecting a project of this size to be placed in front  of him last Friday. He was also amazed to hear that we had already spoken to Mr. Stuart Shiloff (Operations Manager of River Oaks) about this project, and that they took the time to listen. He also advised us on creating a smaller scale project were he can be more hands on financially to kick off the building of the garden, I believe in smaller stages now-3 years to get to the greater goal within 3-5 years. The team is working on that proposal as we speak. We will be emailing Mr. Fierro soon as a follow up shortly this week with all the details discussed  and updates to the proposals. After the meeting we went ahead and spoke with Linda Elmendorff, which I was told by Mr. Stuart Shiloff would be in charge of this project and would be meeting with us as a follow up. She mentioned we can have a follow up phone call on Wednesday with updates of her bosses thoughts on this subject. As we all know, we can't move forward with the process without the Developers of El Paso Tx RIVER OAKS PROPERTIES consent. As one of the tenants occupying and leasing the space from them said, I don't understand why they would be against a community project, it would help bring in more traffic to our establishments and beautify our surrounding space. All this while enriching the Arts and helping our youth reach their goals in a safe place, created by the community for our community.

A meeting was had yesterday morning with Stuart Shiloff from River Oaks since Linda Elmendorff had stepped out of office. It was rather scold, but he was a gentleman and raised the temperature a bit. After a bit of warming up and getting to know each other, the goals for East Loop Village area were laid out. After a brief pause, some concerns were put on the table, primarily concerning the tenants and parking. We both agreed that a full parking is what all tenants long for, and the projects being proposed in no way hindered that. Additionally, insurance issues and a brief discussion was had about having Promotional tools/objects such as banners statues and other marketing techniques that would attract newforming customers to the area. At the end, I understood that the lack of outdoor insurance, and the potential dangers to traffic on Hwy 375 were the biggest deterrent to having those banners up. The team is looking into talks with city and insurances available to see what can be done to be able to use props to attract more community members in our ongoing projects. We continued speaking at length about the variety of projects we have in the works, aside from our community garden or better yet… IN CONJUNCTION WITH our community garden we spoke of vendor fairs, spaces, along with issues concerning food trucks and other possible Participants. It was a constructive conversation and I was able to reiterate with River Oaks management that all current tenants of East Loop are behind this movement, that none of the neighbors oppose to the plans, and they have been supporting in any way that they can, starting with our 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Our clients and business partners anxiously awaiting eagerly, we await as we take this as a good omen and River oaks’ blessing to move forward. Meeting with city reps is next! We ended the night in attendance of the Barbed Wire Open Mic Series, a long-standing local gem downtown. It was transcending, funny, entertaining, and filled with incredible talent from right here in our Sun City! With this I leave you friends. Never quit no matter how loud it gets. The East Loop Village Tenants have been meeting for the last few months discussion issues around the Eastside community and came up with a proposal that would not only help engage more traffic, but also give back to the community and beautify the establishments surroundings. With the projects and partners (Positive 8 Vibes Community "A Union for the Arts") the  proposal is moving quickly and raising awareness. The  fire is quickly spearing into action as other business owners across the Zaragoza street from I-10 through Joe Battle are eagerly awaiting for the results of this proposal. Once we gain approval from River Oaks, we have plan A, B, C, & D that will spring into action to start the outdoor events that we have in mind. To kick off and spread the word we are hosting this years Productions Kick-Off event Snappy Fingers April 29th 2023 at 6 pm  where our Press Conference will be streamed live. We will have all the details and updated information on how humans can get involved and/or contribute to this great cause. Also earlier this week all press release has been distributed across all El Pasos news Media Platforms, from tv to radio and newspaper. I also got a tour today of some plants and flowers thriving in one of El Pasos hidden gems, "Leslies" just the motivation I needed for the day. Oh, and we got to hang the famous Hiram Huerta's Art at Thrive Nutrition too!

History is in the making as two individuals stay up late daily and wake up early, casting plans for a better tomorrow.

​Gathering up neighbors and organizations around town willing to help bring a idea of a community garden to fruition. A safe space in the East Loop Village, Community members gathered up and  created a Union for the Arts, The Positive 8 Vibes Community.

8 companies willing to put in time and dedication into projects and productions to crate a 24/7/365 a year type of environment. With the proposal well underway, we will continue to work hard until construction begins.

Will River Oaks the developer of this beautiful creative space with full potential accept the deal we bring to the table? Soon we shall see, stay tuned for the updated news coming soon.
